This Document Will Change Your Neighbourhood

On Tuesday June 18, 2013 at 1:30 pm, the Toronto and East York Community Council will consider adopting the "Draft North Downtown Yonge Urban Design Guidelines."

These guidelines will set standards for developers building in our community, and will have a profound effect on the future of our neighbourhood.

​The process to craft these guidelines got underway in late 2011, and community neighbourhood associations have made significant input. You are urged to read the North Downtown Yonge Urban Design Guidelines and make a deputation. There will never be a more important time to advocate for the liveability of your neighbourhood.
