A developer is conducting three pre-proposal consultations for a rental apartment building on the north west corner of Church and Wellesley. Three sessions will take place at Currie Hall, Accessible, 105 Maitland St. from 6:00pm to 8:00pm as follows: Existing Conditions Analysis and Ideas Date: Thursday January 12, 2017 Urban Design Principles, Ideas and Concepts Date: Thursday, February 23, 2017 Concepts and Feedback Date: Thursday, March 23, 2017 We are rich in community assets and capacity nurtured and cultivated over generations. At the heart of our community is our networks that we cultivate whether in living in adjacent houses, in governing of our apartments, condos and co-operatives and our cultural interests of common bond. These community consultations for Church-Wellesley present a singular opportunity to bring forward your voices, please circulate to your networks and attend one or all of the sessions.
